Reservations forecast shows statistics for the property for the selected month, with the following attributes:

• Total room nights
• Total room nights
• Room nights booked
• Room nights free
• Percentage of Rooms nights booked
• Average Length of Stay
• Average room Rate
• Projected room Revenue

• Graph or pie chart displaying information about the reservations segregated according to the source of reservation (Business/Agents etc)

• View flags or error generated by the system for selected date ranges
• Only important events and errors are recorded
• System flags are for changes to reservations after the guests have been checked in
• System flags for rate changes made to checked-in reservations
