- Rate Check Report
Rate check Report is used to check the rates at which the rooms are booked for a selected date, current/future date.
- Cashier Reports
Report shows the list of all the financial transactions (like payments, reversals and refunds) for a given date and time.
- Guest Ledger Balance
This report displays all the information about a reservation ledger total and balance for all the In House Guests.
- Checking out Guests with Balance
This displays a list of all the guest, checking out on the current date, who have a balance amount that they need to pay
- Lodging Charges Report
This report displays all the lodging charges for the selected booking date/check in date.
- Additional Features Sales Report
This report displays the total revenue generated by Additional Features provided in the Hotel for a select check in Date/Booking Date.

This report displays the quarterly revenue report for the following revenue types

- Tax Report
A report of all the taxes that have been applied for all the check-outs made on a given day
- Variable tax Report
A report of all the variable taxes that are applicable on Room charges, meal plans, stay enhance options and total cost.
- Monthly Statistics Report about the number of nights a room has been occupied
- Monthly Statistics Report about the number of guests who have stayed in a given room

- Checked-in/Checked-out
This report displays a list of all the Reservations which have a status of checked-in/checked-out for today.
- Room Status
This report displays a list of all rooms filtered according to their status and room type
- Room Moves
This report displays a list of all the reservations which had room moves on that day
- Extension/Reduction of stay
This report displays a list of all those reservations where the stay was either extended or reduced on that day
- Active Users
This report displays a list of all the active users using the system, default to today.
- User Activity
This report displays a list of all the active users who are logged in.
- Forgotten Password Requests
This report displays a list of all the users who sent a request for Forgotten Password for today (default).
- Overall Status
This report displays a list of all the room numbers with their corresponding housekeeping status on a given day
- Cleaning Task List
This report displays a list of the cleaning status of all the rooms, filtered by the room number, room type or house keeping status
- Reservation Summary Report
This report gives an overview of all the room reservations on a particular booking date/Stay Date.
- Guest Reports
This report gives an overview of the all the guests staying in the hotel including both arriving and departing guests for the selected date(s).
- Guest List Report
This report displays the list of all the guests including the main and the sharing guest staying in the hotel. Once the guest has checked-out their corresponding record will be moved out of the list.
