Various statuses that can be allocated to a booking (Blocked, Reserved, Confirmed, Waitlist, Late Check-In, No Show, Cancelled ,Checked-in, Checked-out, Modified, Settled, Un-Settled).

Define comprehensive business rules to change the booking status and classify the bookings based on their booking status.

  • Get Guest Requirements (check in date, check out date, number of rooms, etc.)
  • If there is an availability, gather the Main Guest Details
  • Allocate room(s)
  • Gather guest’s travel details, if any
  • Gather ID Details
  • Allocate room

  • Search booking based on “Booking Reference Number” or based on combination of “Room Number” and “Check-Out Date”

  • Refund Action option
    Refund Payment screen is used by the front desk user to enter the refund payment details of a particular reservation
