The following type of users can be created on the system

• Super Admin
• Admin
• Manager
• Front Office Executive
• Back Office Executive
• Owner
• Call Center Executive
• Create your own desired user role

User’s role is determined on login and all the functionality and menu items corresponding to the user’s role is provisioned

• Authentication to the system is based on username and password credentials and these are checked against the data in the database.
• Options to choose roles, functions and actions for different users.
• The user login history of all users is maintained for 12 months.
• The Admin user can check the login history of any user
• All the valid user sessions in the application are maintained and displayed on demand
• Three failed trials to login with the incorrect details will lock the user out. This ensures that unauthorized users do not login into the system.
• The Admin can unlock, locked user accounts
