The Services provided by eZeeCloud will be with a cost attached to it. The following are the services that we provide

  • Customization
  • Functionality on Demand
  • Data Migration
  • Training
  • Support Engineer

Customization

Based on time and possibility of the customization required, a cost will be attached to this service. The following can be customized on the eZeeDesk Application

  • Invoice Templates
  • Themes
  • Email Templates (later version)

Functionality on Demand

As functionality will affect the entire Application and will be accessible to all users, the Functionality requested in-turn could increase the value of our product and improve the features of our product; hence, the following steps are to be taken into consideration

  • Importance of the functionality from the customers perspective
  • Importance of the functionality from eZeeCloud’s perspective
  • Importance of the functionality to the other Customers of eZeeDesk

Five (not confirmed) Functionalities will be chosen by the eZeeCloud management to be included in the Major Release, i.e. at the end of every quarter, which will be free of cost.

Other Functionality requests will be dealt on an individual basis, case-to-case basis and accordingly priced.
(Please note: the rights of deploying the functionality across the server so that all users can use it must be mentioned in the contract)

Data Migration

Data Migration will be charged an individual basis (this is to be refined and explained more in detail)

In-Depth Training

This is in-depth training where candidates are trained to master the application and use all its functions and features to the fullest

Types of Training
  • Onsite – It is when our employees visit the customer’s desired venue to train their staff. Cost on Onsite training is to be decided based on location, topic of training etc…
  • Offsite – It is when the customer’s staff comes to our desired location to be trained. Cost of training is to be decided on the topics of training, etc…

Support Engineer

A Support engineer can be provided to any of eZeeDesk’s customers irrespective of Service Plans, etc… Cost’s associated will be on a case-to-case basis.
